1. Your Right to Change Your Mind
You have 14 calendar days from the date the parcel is delivered to let us know you wish to return it. No explanation is required. The goods must be unused, unwashed, and still carry their original labels and packaging.
2. Getting the Item Back to Us
Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked courier and keep the receipt until we confirm arrival—responsibility for the parcel remains with you during transit.
3. How We Handle Your Refund
Once the return arrives, we carry out a visual check. If everything is in order, we instruct our payment processor to refund you within 2 business days. Posting speeds then depend on your payment route:
Credit / Debit Card: reaches your statement in 3–7 business days (occasionally up to 15).
PayPal: credited within 14 days; certain regions give PayPal up to 30 days by law.
Bank Transfer: funds land in 5–10 business days.
4. Quick Return Checklist
Email [email protected] within the 14‑day window and quote your order number.
Wait for our reply (sent in ≤ 1 business day) containing the warehouse address and packing tips.
Pack securely, ship via a tracked service, and send us the tracking number.
Receive your refund once the inspection passes (see Section 3).
5. When Returns Are Not Possible
You contact us after the 14‑day window closes.
The item shows signs of wear, washing, stains, damage, or missing components.
The product is custom‑made or tagged Final Sale / Non‑Returnable.
